QTI is currently being developed inside a business incubator at Cosumnes River College, where the founder is enrolled in the Entrepreneurship Certificate plan (BUS 215 Entrepreneurial Opportunity and BUS 350 Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship). Incubator work has included submitting the QTI business plan to adjunct faculty and receiving feedback on user acquisition and social-media strategy. This is participation in an incubator program only: Cosumnes River College has not endorsed, sponsored, accredited, or formally partnered with QTI.
