Business Incubator at Cosumnes River College

The Quantum Temporal Institute is currently being developed inside a business incubator at Cosumnes River College, part of the Los Rios Community College District. This page documents that participation and states plainly what it does and does not mean.

Participation, not endorsement

Cosumnes River College has not endorsed, sponsored, accredited, or formally partnered with QTI. The incubator is a course-based entrepreneurship program the founder is enrolled in. QTI is not an accredited institution, and nothing here should be read as college approval of QTI's research, certificates, or claims.

What the incubator work involves

  • Enrollment in the college's Entrepreneurship Certificate plan (BUS 215 Entrepreneurial Opportunity, BUS 350 Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship), Fall 2026.
  • Developing QTI's written business plan and submitting it to adjunct faculty for review.
  • Receiving faculty feedback on user acquisition and social-media growth strategy.
  • Sharing the live working application with faculty as the product behind the plan.

Evidence
